Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026
Reachloom is a service-based go-to-market engineering and outbound company. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with our website and our business-contact flow, including when you browse the site, book a call, or reach out to us. It also describes the choices you have and how to contact us with privacy questions.
Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you contact us or request a meeting, you may provide information such as:
- your name;
- your business email address;
- company or job information, if you choose to share it;
- meeting or scheduling information you submit through Microsoft Bookings; and
- information you include in communications you send to us through email, WhatsApp, or other contact channels.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, and subject to your cookie consent choices, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies and analytics technologies, such as:
- device and browser information;
- pages viewed and general interaction and usage information;
- referral and source information;
- approximate location information derived from analytics technologies (this is general, not precise geolocation); and
- cookie identifiers and similar technical information.
How we collect information
We collect information directly from you when you provide it, and automatically through cookies and analytics technologies when you use the website in line with your consent choices. We do not build visitor profiles from third-party data aggregators, online directories, or data marketplaces for this website.
How we use information
We use information for limited, legitimate business purposes, including to:
- operate and maintain the website;
- respond to inquiries and communications;
- schedule requested meetings;
- understand website performance and usage;
- improve Reachloom’s website and services;
- maintain security and prevent misuse;
- comply with applicable legal requirements; and
- conduct legitimate business communications where permitted by applicable law.
We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. We use CookieYes to present a consent banner, record your choices, and manage cookie categories, and we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics and other non-essential technologies load only in line with your consent choices, and non-essential storage is denied by default until you choose. For the current list of cookies and their purposes, see our Cookie Policy.
Third-party service providers
We rely on third-party service providers to operate the website and our business-contact flow. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their services:
- Google Analytics (Google): website analytics and understanding site usage, subject to applicable consent choices.
- CookieYes: cookie consent management, storing consent choices, and presenting cookie and privacy controls.
- Microsoft Bookings / Microsoft 365 (Microsoft): meeting scheduling and booking functionality.
These providers act as our service providers and process information to deliver their services to us. We do not authorize them to sell your information.
How information is shared
Reachloom does not currently sell personal information, and does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be disclosed to service providers acting on our behalf (such as Google, Microsoft, and CookieYes, which necessarily process information to provide their services), when we are legally required to do so, or in connection with a legitimate business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
Visitor identification
Reachloom uses RB2B as a website visitor-identification provider. When permitted by your consent choices, cookies and similar technologies may be used to associate website activity with professional or contact information available through RB2B and its data partners.
Where available, this information may include:
- professional name;
- job title;
- company;
- business email address;
- LinkedIn profile;
- company information;
- the referring page;
- pages viewed; and
- visit timing.
Not every visitor is identified, and identification depends on RB2B’s eligibility and matching rules. RB2B provides two levels of identification:
Person-level identification is limited by RB2B to eligible United States visitors and may provide professional or contact information where available.
Company-level identification may identify the organization associated with a visitor and may operate for visitors outside the United States. Company-level identification does not mean Reachloom has identified the individual person.
The professional information Reachloom currently uses from RB2B does not include phone numbers, and Reachloom does not currently sell personal information.
Reachloom may use identified professional information for legitimate business-to-business prospecting and business communication, where permitted by applicable law.
This identification runs only when permitted by your consent choices. You can reject non-essential cookies through the CookieYes controls on this website to prevent it. You can also opt out of RB2B directly at app.retention.com/optout, and opt out of RB2B’s international and company-level tracking at www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.
Data retention
Reachloom retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable legal requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.
Security
We take reasonable measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you are located and the circumstances, and subject to applicable law, you may be entitled to request to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive certain information in a portable format, where applicable; and
- withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
To make a request, contact us at talha@reachloom.ai. We may need to verify your request before acting on it, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
EEA and UK visitors
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have the rights described above under the GDPR or UK GDPR, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, including by changing your cookie choices. To exercise these rights, contact us at talha@reachloom.ai.
California Privacy Disclosures
This section provides information for visitors and business contacts in California. It applies to California residents as applicable.
Categories of personal information we may collect
As described above, we may collect identifiers (such as name and business email), professional or company information you choose to share, meeting or scheduling information, the contents of communications you send us, and internet or other electronic activity information (such as device, usage, and cookie information collected in line with your consent choices).
Categories of third parties that may receive information
We may disclose information to service providers that support the website and our business-contact flow, including analytics providers, consent-management providers, and scheduling providers, as well as to others when legally required or in connection with a legitimate business transfer.
Exercising your choices
California residents may request access to, or correction or deletion of, information we maintain about them, where applicable. To make a request, contact us at talha@reachloom.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Third-party collection
Third-party service providers used on the website, such as analytics, scheduling, or visitor-identification providers, may receive information about a visitor’s device or interactions when their services are active, as described in the Visitor identification section above. Their processing is also governed by their own privacy practices.
Sale or sharing
Reachloom currently states that it does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Reachloom, California residents may have additional rights under that law. Depending on applicability, those rights may include requesting information about personal information collected, requesting access, correction, or deletion, opting out of qualifying sale or sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination for exercising applicable rights. We describe these as potential rights because their availability depends on whether and how the law applies.
Do Not Track
Some browsers provide a Do Not Track (DNT) signal. There is no universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals, and Reachloom does not currently respond to DNT signals as a standalone control. Visitors can manage non-essential cookies through the CookieYes consent controls available on this website. Where applicable law requires recognition of a specific opt-out preference signal, Reachloom will implement the required controls.
How we communicate changes
We will communicate material changes to this policy by updating it and revising the effective date shown above, and we will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
Children
Reachloom’s website and services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children. Reachloom does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact talha@reachloom.ai so the matter can be reviewed.
Managing cookie preferences
You can manage non-essential cookie preferences at any time using the CookieYes banner and the revisit-consent control available on the website. For more detail on the cookies used, see our Cookie Policy.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material updates, we will reflect them by updating this policy and its effective date, and we will provide additional notice where required. We do not promise individual email notification for every change.
