One managed outbound motion across the channels your buyers actually use.
We use signals and research to identify the prospects worth prioritizing, then coordinate LinkedIn, email, follow-up, and conversation management around the context that makes the outreach relevant now.
One team operating the motion from first touch through qualified handoff.
Illustrative campaign model. Channel order adapts to the audience and context.
Signals tell us where to look. Context tells us what to do next.
We use company activity, people changes, and first-party data to find accounts with a stronger reason to engage now, then use Clay to turn that context into a prioritized, campaign-ready audience.

Signal research + enrichment
Combine company activity, people data, and first-party context.
Signals create relevance. Intent requires stronger evidence.
LinkedIn and email should work as one campaign.
The strongest outbound motions do not treat LinkedIn and email as two unrelated sequences. We coordinate the channels around the same prospect, context, and message, so each touch builds on what came before. Managed Outbound gives you one multichannel, multi-touch motion instead of disconnected campaigns.
The exact touch pattern changes by audience, campaign, and prospect engagement, and no prospect is meant to receive every step. Managed Outbound operates the campaigns; if domains, inboxes, authentication, or sending infrastructure need work, our Cold Email Infrastructure service handles that and can run alongside this one.
One team owns the motion from signal to handoff.

No outbound system yet? We can build the motion from zero.
That can include the ICP, signal workflows, audience, LinkedIn and email setup, messaging, campaign structure, follow-up, qualification, and handoff process. If substantial cold email infrastructure work is required, that may be handled through our Cold Email Infrastructure service.
Already running outbound? We can take over and improve the motion.
We can review the targeting, signals, audience quality, messaging, channel coordination, follow-up, reply handling, and qualification, then operate the revised campaign.
You do not need a fully built outbound system before starting.
Activity is not the point. Qualified conversations are.
Connections, sends, and replies are useful indicators, but they are not the business outcome. We operate the motion toward qualified conversations, qualified appointments, and a clean handoff to your team.
Results depend on the market, offer, audience, and campaign. We do not guarantee fixed appointment volumes.
The campaign gets operated, not left running.
We review what the motion is producing and adjust the parts we can control as the campaign develops.
- B2B companies with identifiable decision-makers
- Founders and lean sales teams
- Agencies and professional services companies
- Companies entering new markets
- Teams without enough internal SDR capacity
- Teams with disconnected LinkedIn and email efforts
- Companies that want one team operating outbound end to end
- Clear offer. What you sell and why the buyer should care.
- Market / ICP direction. If it is already defined, we use it. If it needs refinement, we can help shape it.
- Channel access. Relevant LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email or campaign access.
- CRM / handoff process. Where qualified opportunities should go.
- Sales context. The information we need to represent the company accurately.
- Data / signal inputs. Any client-owned CRM, first-party, or research inputs we should incorporate.
You do not need everything perfectly configured before we start.

Outbound works when the right prospects are reached with the right context, the channels reinforce one strategy, and interested prospects are managed through to a qualified next step.

Intent-Based LinkedIn Outreach is focused specifically on LinkedIn. Cold Email Infrastructure is focused on the domains, inboxes, authentication, and sending setup behind email campaigns. Signal-Based Managed Outbound is the broader operated service: we combine signal research, audience prioritization, LinkedIn, email, coordinated follow-up, conversation handling, qualification, and handoff into one managed outbound motion.
Yes. You do not need an existing outbound system. We can help build the targeting structure, signal and research workflow, audience, channel plan, messaging, follow-up, qualification, reporting, and handoff process. If substantial cold email infrastructure work is required, that may be handled through our Cold Email Infrastructure service.
We treat LinkedIn and email as coordinated channels rather than unrelated sequences. A campaign may begin with LinkedIn research and outreach, then use email to reinforce the same context and message, with follow-up adapting as the prospect engages. The exact touch pattern depends on the audience and campaign.
Signals can include hiring, leadership changes, funding, company initiatives, recent news, job changes, CRM history, first-party activity, and other relevant research. Clay is one of the workflow layers we use to collect, enrich, combine, and operationalize that context. Not every signal is buying intent, so we use the evidence to decide what deserves priority and how the outreach should change.
The $3,000 per month service covers the managed outbound motion within the agreed scope, including signal and prospect research, audience prioritization, messaging, LinkedIn and email campaign execution, coordinated follow-up, conversation handling, qualification, reporting, and handoff. The service has a 3-month commitment. Significant third-party tooling, data, or separate email infrastructure requirements can be scoped separately where needed.
Put your outbound motion in one team's hands.
Tell us who you want to reach, what you are selling, and what is already running today. We will help determine the signals, audience, channels, and campaign structure that make sense, then operate the motion from first touch through qualified handoff.
